My Morning Skincare Routine

Hi guys! Sorry for the delay in posts - I just got back from spring break! I met a beautiful German man while I was over there that made my heart go DOKI DOKI. We were both too shy though so nothing happened.. I really neglected my skincare while I was on break. Since I returned my skin has been super dry. BUT since I've gotten back I've been back on track with my skincare and been using all my best products to repair my skin.

1. I start with my Shiseido Pureness Balancing Softener - I cannot use toner or softener with alcohol it drys out my skin and makes me break out more

2. I use a serum. These are my current favorite 3 serums. I really like the Kose Hyalocharge - it really locks in the moisture!

 left to right:
Kose White Serum, Laneige Water Bank Serum, and then Kose Hyalocharge

3. Then I use the Kiehl's Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate. I don't use this one regularly because it's expensive. It really smooths out my skin so I like to use it for special occasion.

4. I then use a moisturizer, or a few hehehe

 right to left:
1) ? 2) Laneige Water bank moisturizer 3) Embryolisse concentrated Lait Cream 4) Vichy Liftactiv Supreme 5) Lierac Microlift

5. I recently discovered beauty oils. I use them both in the morning and night because my skin is so dry... They've helped significantly.

  right to left:
Josie Maran Argan Oil and Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate

6. Lastly in the morning I finish off with a good sunscreen! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUTHFUL SKIN!

right to left:
Vichy Liftactive, Anessa Shiseido, La Roche Posay Pigmentclar, and Biore UV Aqua Rich

These are my favorite skincare products for the morning. My next post will be about my night skincare routine! I hope this helps anyone who is confused or wants to up their skincare routine :)

If you have any questions please ask!

  1. I love the Shiseido softener! I used to use it when I broke out a lot (due to hormonal reasons). I've switched to another softener now, but I always did like that one, because it's alcohol free and super great for sensitive skin! How are you liking the Anessa for the face? o: I'm using another Anessa sunscreen, and that one's starting to be used up, so I'm looking for a replacement now. xD
