Bunny Eyes 3 Colour Gray | KLensPop

These Lens were generously sponsored by KlensPop!
Specifications
Brand: LensPOP
Diameter: 14.5 mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6 mm
Price: 15$ USD
Life:6 months

KlensPop has some of the best prices on the circle lens as well as a HUGE selection of circle lens!

When I returned from Norway a month ago, KlensPop and sent me another pair of lens for review. The lens arrived SUPER quickly again, it was remarkable! I really can say their communication is great and they have QUICK delivery.

About my absence, while I was in Norway I only had Wi-Fi for about an hour a day because where I was staying didn't have wi-fi and only had it when I went to school... SORRY

Design:I REALLY like this design! It reminds me of a better version of the Dueba Gossip Grey that I wanted so desperately to love. It was also very similar to the Puffy 3 Tone lens. Normally I am not CRAZY about this style as I prefer a bit more of a dolly look but I think these are very flattering and a little bit more mature.

Comfort: Mild discomfort. I go back and forth on keeping comfort in my review area because My eyes have a slight astigmatism and a little dry. This is why lens don't feel great. I wear these for fun not everyday and that is something to take into consideration.
Enlargement: As mentioned above: SUPER SUPER natural! It will enhance your eyes but if you want something that's old school gyaru, these wont be the ones for you. If you want to make your eyes stand out a little bit and bring a nice shine, these will be perfect

Overall: If you want just a nice pair of circle lens that will accent your eyes in a natural way I would recommend these. Even though they were a little bit drying for me I REALLY liked these lens. I thought they were very complimentary and cute. I  really appreciate KlensPop sending me such cute lens :)

I recently got some studio lighting so I was doing some practice with it in the following photos

Soft Eyes - Geo Eyevelyn Brown Review

Specifications
Brand: Geo
Power Range: 0.00~ -7.50
Diameter: 14.2mm
Water Content: 40%
Base Curve: 8.6 mm
Life: Monthly
I bought these circle lens form GeoColouredLens! I bought them with my own money:)

Like with all contacts you have to be very careful! MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR LENS PROPERLY FIT WITH YOUR OPTICIAN Your eyes are sensitive and with circle lens, because they cover a bigger surface on your eye, you have a higher chance of getting an infection and/or temporary to permanent eye damage if you don't take care of your lens or don't have a quality brand. You have to use a a reliable lens online store,  because there are so many knock-offs that can damage your eyes.

Design: This is VERY natural! I like the natural design and how easily it blends into my eyes. I've drifted away from the less natural design and LOVE the seamless look! It makes my eyes pop without someone staring at my eyes trying to figure out what was going on hahaha.
4/5

Comfort: SOOOOOO COMFORTABLE! With the higher water content they breathe so nicely as contact lens! They are quite soft as well. In fact they are so soft that sometimes they fold over and can be a little bit difficult to take out actually.

 5/5

Enlargement: They are very natural sized! At 14.2 they aren't crazy big, more like a very nice accent. Its eye catching but in a natural way.
3/5

Overall: I love these lens they are very soft and natural. Even with dry eyes I don't have very much of a problem. With the soft gradient on the lens as well it doesn't give too much of a halo effect or bother my vision. They are very nice lens I am a little bit disappointed that they are so expensive for monthly lens only. If you need prescription lens and want comfortable circle lens I'd suggest these.
4/5

And then one from a far away view:

This was kind of fun to do! I haven't done gyaru makeup in a while and it was nice returning to my roots. I'm a little bit sad to see the change in the style and how the trends are more natural now. I love/miss dolly gyaru!

I also recently got a ring light and trying to figure out how to really utilize it so I apologize about the brightness inconsistencies. Also this post is a little bit late from last week I'M SO SORRY! IVE BEEN BUSY WITH MIDTERMS

What do you think about these lens and/or change in gyaru makeup trends?

Maybelline Poreless + Matte Fit Me Foundation Review

If you've read any of my makeup posts on my blog you'd get that I am a bit of a makeup snob. I love high end makeup and to be honest, don't really trust a lot of drugstore makeup other than mascara. I fear that, especially foundations are going to make me break out and turn me orange.

That being said I've had my eye on the Maybelline Fit Me foundation for a very long time. So, when my local drugstore was having a sale on the Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless Foundation I gave in and bought it.

Let me just say I was pleasantly surprised!  It wasn't the best foundation in the world but it was one of the better ones I've tried

Packaging

Product Info

Brand: Maybelline
Name: Fit Me! Matte + Poreless
SPF: --
Amount: 30mL/1 oz
Price: $6 USD
Colour

I used colour 125 Nude Beige which to be honest was a little bit dark for me. I LOVE HOW YELLOW TONED IT IS! It's really rare to find a drugstore foundation that isn't super pink!

The shades I normally wear:
MAC NC 120
Buxom Weightless - Dim The Light
Stila Light
Dior 20
Chanel 30

as you can see blended out its a little bit dark for me. I apologize about the line on my wrist! I was wearing a hair tie on my wrist earlier!

Coverage

With no foundation, I am breaking out really badly right now because of stress ): I took these photos in natural light so I had to darken this photo just a little bit

With proper lighting and foundation! This photo is with only the foundation on

As you can see there is almost complete coverage. This comparison is with only one coat of foundation applied with the Sigma Flat Top brush. All of my discolouration and pimples are completely covered and my pores are almost invisible.

Overall

On the skin it feels quite light even though the coverage is heavy. I don't recommend this for anyone with dry skin! I have normal to dry skin and can only use this foundation with a beauty oil applied first. If you have normal to oily skin this will probably be a dreamy foundation for you! If you're very oily you might want to pass on this as well.

Considering how cheap it was I really suggest this for anyone who has a normalish skin and looking for a nice foundation with a cheap price tag.

I am grateful that there are cheaper foundations suited for yellow toned people.

I made Popin' Cookin' Mochi

Hey! So I know as a blogger I am one of the most IRREGULAR... but I'm making plans to change that!

I've decided that every other week I will post written posts on here, so twice a month. Anything more than that will be bonus. The other week when I don't post I will be making YouTube Videos

Since last week I made a full blog post about the Dior Star Fluid Foundation this post is extra and, this week was YouTube. I made a video with my close friend Luke! We made the Kracie Kitchen, Poppin Cookin Odango / Mochi DIY kit. It was a lot of fun! I've made these candies before but not this kit. It was also kind of gross

I would really appreciate it if you checked out the video, commented, and subscribed! The content is  different than my blogger and I would really like to continue to share more about myself online, and different parts of myself.

As a little teaser for next weeks blog post I have some photos to share I will be reviewing the NEW Maybelline Poreless Foundation. I know I usually do higher end products, and I definitely associate high price with high quality but this foundation is quite good for a cheap price!

I didnt touch up my skin in these photos, and I took them after 6 hours of wear! Okay I hopefully I can stick to my schedule!

Dior Star Skin Foundation Review

I am forever in search of the HOLY GRAIL foundation. The foundation that gives you flawless coverage, lightweight and that doll like, dewy skin perfection. I know that's A LOT to ask from a foundation but I think I've found it! or at least the closest I've come across. I've easily tried over 15 kinds of foundation and this one really stands out to me.

Product Info

Brand: Dior
Name: Dior Star Fluid Foundation
SPF: 30
Amount: 30mL/1 oz
Price: $50 USD

Packaging

Colour
I used No. 20 light beige. This is good for people who are slightly pale with a warm/yellow undertone. It does oxidize a little bit unfortunately.

These were taken in natural lighting

Coverage

Now, I love this foundation I think it is lightweight and perfect coverage. I only use one layer and most of my imperfections are covered.

So here is a comparison with the foundation. The pores on my nose are immediately erased, the pimple on my upper lip is hidden and the uneven skin tone/old scars on my cheeks are evened out.

Overall:
Now this is not a full coverage foundation. You can still see some scars poking through a little on my cheeks. I like this though, I feel like it gives a better-than-your-skin look while still being natural. I don't mind having imperfections. I just want to minimize them.

My only real problem with this foundation is that it doesn't stay on the skin for very long. I think the longest it lasts before it starts smudging or being rubbed off is ~5 hours. I also don't recommend this for people with oily skin.

I love this foundation though and with the steep price tag, I better! If you want to indulge yourself a little and buy a high end foundation I really recommend this one. They do have a wide variety of colours, though if you are super pale you might be out of luck, though their deeper skin tone range is pretty good I think.

Have you tried this foundation? Have a foundation you want me to try? Have an AMAZING foundation you recommnend? Let me know in the comments please!! I am always in search of ~*The One*~ this foundation is great but I don't know if it's the ultimate one.

No. 2 Feline Flick - Gyaru makeup tutorial

The cutesy dolly gyaru style of Popteen/Egg will always hold a special place in my heart but sometimes you need to make your style a little bit more mature. I think this look is a good medium between kogyaru style and  more mature/traditional look

I always feel like a clean cat eye flick of the eyeliner will take your look from cute to mature and edgy, while still giving your eyes a nice accent.

I tried a different tutorial layout, tell me what you think? I wanted it to feel like it was out of a magazine or something, and I also apologize about the colour inconsistency. My camera set up wasn't right because I forgot somethings at my apartment and I did this tutorial at my house.

Here is a full sized version/every pore on my face:  [ C L I C K - M E ]
